NEIGHBORHOOD FORD STORE LIVESTREAM

PROBLEM:
The Neighborhood Ford Store in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA, contacted A to Z Communications for a livestream coverage of an event on the 31st of December of 2017.

 

CREATIVE SOLUTION:

With just three weeks until show time, A to Z teamed up with the 81-dealer association to execute the highly anticipated New Year's Eve event. Responsible for the entire project, I worked closely with the Neighborhood Ford Store's PR Executive to strategize a quick-turn game plan. Tackling the tight timing, our team choreographed and scripted the event logistics at Heinz Field, hired a pro camera crew, and shot B-roll to spice up the live feed. Key film footage from Ford in Detroit and branded graphics from their national agency of record were secured. We also worked with the Steelers organization to display Ford's logo on the stadium scoreboard.

 

Tackling frigid temperatures at Heinz Field, our team live streamed the Facebook event to more than 1,200 viewers. 

 

In less than a week, the stats had almost doubled. Ford's VIPs had nothing but accolades for the results - and the quality of A to Z's work.
